WHAT IS F.I.E.F.? F.I.E.F. or Free Information Exchange Foundation is a hacker space. We were founded with the idea that all people regardless of social status, gender, race, religion , age, or any other deterministic quality should have access to knowledge. We accomplish this goal by providing a space in which to experimentation , think, and learn. If you are still curious as to what exactly a hacker space is or what a hacker space does then please come to a meeting and find out. And NO you don't have to be 1337! WHAT IS A LAN PARTY? Honestly, if you don't know what a LAN party is then you really need to come to this one. For the benefit of those that have never been to a LAN party I will explain. A LAN party is a collection of computers networked together to allow games to be played against other people on the network. Think on-line gaming, but with everyone in the same room. You get the chance to meet new people and interact with them in person, which some of you really need to do more often. Register for the LAN Party Now! Below you will find the PayPal link to make your donation which will register you for the LAN party. Space is limited so register quickly. If you wish to register two people you will have to make two separate donations. Sorry! We're working on that. If you need a computer please let us know in the "Special Notes" section of the PayPal checkout, but hurry. Computers are reserved in order of registration and if we run out then you are hosed. |
